Camera in v2.0 isn't working properly

There is definitely something wrong with the camera on v2.0. My Flame took wonderful pictures when it was running v1.3. Once I upgraded, the quality of daylight pictures was terrible.

The two pictures below show the same location the first taken with v1.3 and the second one with v2.0. I think there is something wrong with the calibration, because I noticed that the v2.0 camera takes really good low light pictures. Something in the code seems to prevent it from adjusting to changing light conditions.

Since I can't attach pictures to the question, I'll post them in the follow-up.

And here are the pictures. They were taken at the same location, roughly same sunlight. The difference is very obvious.
