cant sync between multiple computers

Hi, for whatever reason i cant get my desktop to sync with my sync account. I've tried even creating a anew account and no luck. it says its connected, it says its syncing now but it never does.

HI GrayGopher, Sorry to hear about the frustration, I understand that you are on the new sync client? If not Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more and make sure to unconnect all of the devices to connect to the new sync account, it does not do this automatically.

If you are still having issues, we can give directions how to turn on sync logs, but please remove the account and login one more time to sync the devices, and we can go from there. Also please include the types of devices and what version each installation of firefox is on.
