After iddle auto-sleep, firefox browser view has zoomed in making it impossible to read forcing a browser shut down to restart (annoying if work in progress).

Hi When computer goes into auto sleep mode after being iddle for x mins, when I log back on all Firefox tabs have somehow zoomed including the menu and toolbars bar. Everything is in oversize. All other apps on the computer do not suffer this, ie chrome, office... Super annoying as you have to shut firefox down, losing all open tabs and any work in progress. Thank you for you help. JM

Have you tried zoom reset/restore?

Check your zoom controls.

<Control> (Mac=<Command>) + (plus) enlarge - (minus) reduce 0 (zero) restore

thanks for your help yes zoom is set on 0% when this error happens - so the zoom setting does not get changed, its almost like the browser thinks my screen resolution has changed and readjusts accordingly

so i can zoom out to make the page readable and get to the default page size - i go to 60% and this looks like my default 0% but when i do this the menu and toolbars stay huge and really do I want to be doing this every time after iddle?

Very strange. I have not heard of such and called for more help.
