Hello,

I am having major issues with Firefox speeds, Mainly upload speeds. On Edge I am getting 400 up & down (no issues at all). However, on Firefox upload speed is 144 Mbps, same on private windows. The only issue is with Firefox. Windows is up to date and Firefox version is 139.0.4 (64-bit)

Attached comparison screenshots for reference.

Below are the steps i performed:

Firefox Troubleshoot Mode Test: Download: 411.71 Mbps (Full Speed) Upload: 173.03 Mbps (Still Bottlenecked) Extensions Disabled Manually (Normal Firefox): No significant improvement. Hardware Acceleration Toggle (Normal Firefox): No significant improvement.

New Temporary Firefox Profile Test: Download: ~333 Mbps Upload: ~190 Mbps Problem persists even with a clean profile.

=========================

Temporarily Disable Windows Firewall Test: Resulted in ~349 Mbps Down / ~148 Mbps Up. Firewall re-enabled.

=========================

Could someone let me know how to get this fixed. Creating a new profile should have fixed issued assuming one of the extensions was causing the bottleneck. But even with a new profile its not making any difference.

After my laptop BSOD, I had to re-install windows 11 while backing up all the previous settings and apps. I used "Free Download Manager(FDM)" as my default downloader of movies from websites that generated Magnet links. On clicking the magnet link the FDM is not opening by default, no action is seen. I've tried many options including the Support Centre of FDM from where I was advised to visit my browser support. I have used Firefox for 14 years, let me know where I'm wrong.

I wanted to create two profiles to separate my work and personal contacts. For security reasons, I also wanted to set up one account as the secondary email address for the other (I only have these two email addresses). Account A is a Gmail account and Account B is an enterprise domain account. Account B had the Gmail account as the 'secondary email'. However, when I try to access the Account A profile, I receive a red square message saying 'Primary account email required for sign-in' after entering the password. Perhaps I did something wrong, but... How can I access my Account A profile? Account B no longer has a secondary email address to prevent further problems.

Hello Mozilla Community, Every time I want to log in to Samsung.com and eu.community.samsung.com/t5/deutsch/ct-p/de, I have to re-enter my email address. The password is suggested. I'm not asked if I want to save my login credentials, but I'm asked for it on all other websites. I prefer Firefox to EDGE (it's suggested in EDGE). It's like this on Windows 10 and on my other computer with Windows 11 (both 64-bit and both up to date). What do I have to do so that Firefox also suggests the email address on these sites (asking whether it should be saved)? And I use a translation program from German to English. Some web sites such as Amazon have an options bars to select items like 'review order'. When the web page first comes up, they show white in the dark bar. But Firefox is immediately changing the white to purple so that it is almost impossible to read. I haven't been able to find anything in settings to correct this. I do not have this issue when I use Chrome.

I have downloaded Duolingo on my Windows 11 laptop. When I try to run it, it says that it can not open it because it can't find Microsoft Edge. This is the latest version of the app. I can't find anywhere to change the Duolingo default browser. I have Firefox set as MY default browser in windows settings. I also have AVG Secure Browser installed on my laptop but seldom use it. I donot have MS Edge installed on any of my computers. Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem? What other information do you need?
