thephonesupport.com has appreared on desktop.....does not list in programs... how do I uninstall it?

several programs appeared, without anyone installing them, on my desktop; uninstalled them; noticed thephonesupport.com appeared. I cannot find a way to uninstall it. It does not appear in my list of programs. I don't find any option to delete or uninstall on their page. How do I uninstall it????

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
