Hello 90BlackSC,

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. In previous versions of Firefox there was a Download Manager that would stay open if you closed Firefox. With the current version of Firefox the download manager is integrated into the browser. If you'd like to continue your downloads you can open the download manager with Ctrl-J and close your Browser.
