my pinned pages have a wrench icon on them - why?

Hi - my Firefox crashed after I tried to erase my history (i think). The next time I opened it my pinned tabs, instead of having the Gmail symbol on it, now have instead a gold wrench on a blue background. Does anyone know what this means and how can i restore it to how it was before?

Hi there,

Try unpinning the page and repinning it. That should update the favicon.
