When using aol mail-opening mail; firefox crashes sometimes can't even open one email. How do I fix?

I almost always have other windows and tabs open but no matter what is going on, I open aol, start to read my emails and the whole system crashes. Fortunately I have system restore enabled but I can't get through 10 emails without a crash. Plus it has been getting worse and lately it's only one or two emails that I can open and then the system crashes. Additionally, when writing emails I often can't even complete the body copy and the system will crash. And if I want to go into my email folders, sent mail etc. it continuously crashes. Please help!

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
