please help me export android bookmarks back to firefox on mac

Hi all. My mac firefox bookmarks are gone after they had to wipe my computer clean. But I still have every bookmark on my android phone. I'm afraid that if I engage "sync" from my computer, that it will sync to my phone and since I have no bookmarks on my computer, it might wipe out the ones on my phone. Can I safely send my phone bookmarks to sync onto my computer? Would love some help here. Thank you, Jeff

Hi chefjeff, at the risk of my not getting any treats, could I recommend keeping the discussion in your earlier thread here: All bookmarks are on my Android...desperately need help to sync them to my Mac.
