So I updated firefox web browser. Now I can't open it up so search the web.I even tried using internet explorer.that didn't work.I also tried restoring my computer on a later date.that didn't work either. It say I have reboot my computer. Which I don't want to do. Is there another way to go about this?

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, #p#ly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
