Hi,

When Firefox restore the previous session after restart, it no longer load all the tabs. The tabs are there but Firefox won't load the page until I click to bring the tab to the front.

This started in 13.0 I think.

Is there any way to get them all loaded upon restart?

Thanks

See Tools > Options > General > Startup: Don’t load tabs until selected

  • Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
  • Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.

I'm having the exact same problem, except that I didn't restart the browser. This happens every time a restore my session. It's so frustrating and such a time-waster.

Hi cje24576, I posted a response to your other question here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/933764

(It's pretty much the same as cor-el's solution here)

Note that starting with Firefox 15 this setting has been moved to the Tabs panel of Options.
