Why does "Enter" not bring me to website?

Pressing "Enter" after typing website into address bar does nothing. I have to manually move mouse to the arrow in the address bar to begin search. Why is that? I am using Firefox 10, All other version have not had this issue. I have all default settings. Thanks, Mike

Known to be caused by the AVG Safe Search add-on, if you have that add-on disable it or remove it, and contact AVG about fixing their add-on.
