Why do I keep getting pop-ups when I click on just about everything? They always ask if I will allow; I cancel but they are there with the next link.
No matter what I want to access, this pop-up activate. It is usually a survey and more often offering free certificate, asking questions and encouraging purchases.

Your MindSpark toolbar and My Web Search plug-in have been well-known problems in the past - blocking User Agent Strings, activating pop-ups, and labelled as adware and even malware by security companies. And very difficult to remove. I believe things have improved.
