My moms computer died we are putting the old drive into the new computer as a slave drive. how do I transfer all the bookmarks, user names and passwords from the old drive to the new drive?

Hello,

Mom had computer that died. The hard drive from that computer is going into the new computer as a slave drive. I can access the files. I want transfer all the bookmarks, user names and passwords on the new computer hard drive. How do I do this?

She had Windows Xp and will have Windows 7.
