Closing a SELECTION of tabs at once.Is this possible?

Hi, I am an average tabs users.Let's say that I open 25 tabs in a session/window. I would like to select 5 tabs for closing in one go but without using the tabs groups/panorama as I am too clumsy to use this feature .:-) I mean it takes more time to create your groups and then close the group. I would prefer to select my tabs and then close them directly from my window screen. Is that possible?
