I keep getting a gray outlined box with suggesting to update Firefox 6.0.2 and it comes up often. Is that really Firefox or a bug?

The gray box says this:

Update Available A security and stability update for Firefox is available

Firefox 6.0.2 It is strongly recommended that you apply this update for Firefox as soon as possible.

Below it says....

View more information about this update

Then there is an icon that says "Ask Later" and the other says "Update Firefox"

You seem to have version 5 which is not safe. It's better if you could update to version 6.0.2, which is the recommended latest version.
