my window is narrower in Firefox than in IE. is there a way to make it broader?
when on a website, such as Facebook for example, the window is not full screen. It seems like it is 2 inches smaller on each side than on IE. It it more like a strip down the middle of the screen rather than full screen.

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages:
- Default FullZoom Level: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/default-fullzoom-level/
- NoSquint: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint/
When I tried to use No Squint I got this message: This add-on has not been updated to work with my version of Firefox. 7.0
