i found that mozilla had started to become slow when using it so i deleted it wanting to wipe my laptop and reinstall it. i am able to click run and it downloads but when i open it up to fully install firefox it wont let me run as the current user of the computer or as the administrator as i do not know the password it is asking for. the only user on this laptop is the administrator so im failing to see why im not able to run it as either option.
