My bookmarks won't work, and I've tried the suggestions in help already. What do I do?
My computer has been having some glitches. Now the bookmark function is blank, I can't save new bookmarks, and I can't restore the old bookmarks. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried this, and it didn't help, not to mention being totally frustrating as the new windows cover up the instructions about what you're supposed to do.
A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Check and tell if its working.
