At random times the display distorts. It is mostly cutting through at a 45 degree angle, as if the display is on the face of a cube. Since they don't clear properly, the entire display becomes unreadable. This started when I upgraded to 4.0.1.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
