We downloaded you newest version and cannot print to our 2 printers and toolbars and securithy icons have gone missing.
My daughter and I downloaded your latest download to update to your newest version of Firefox and it deleted certain toolbars and a security icon I had for banking. We both cannot print to our printers ever since we did the download. Help please!

Older add-ons that don't state they are compatible with Firefox 4 are disabled during the installation. If you use Tools > Add-ons, you can check for updates. If they are add-ons you can't live without, you could go back to Firefox 3.6 for a while until they catch up.
I'm not sure about the printing. What happens when you try to print?
On my printer, nothing will print at all. On my daughter's printer, she gets funny fonts with half the print missing on the upper and lower areas and crazy mumbo jumbo too. If I delete Firefox 4 and reinstall Firefox 3.5, how can I get the security icon I had back for doing on-line banking?
The security lock is gone with the Statusbar being removed from Firefox 4.0. The Site Identity Button provides better security information than the "lock" did.

You can add a padlock to the location bar with the Padlock add-on- https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/padlock-icon
