Firefox asks if I want to save my tabs for next time, but dosen't.

when i close firefox it asks me if i want to save open tabs and i click "save & quit" it closes but when i restart, it only loads my homepages and not the tabs from last time. how do i fix this

EDIT: possibly related the "restore previous session" option in is always greyed out

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Browsing History"

Also make that session restore is working.

found what was wrong hope this helps others go to options>privacy>settings>uncheck "browsing history"
