Installed Firefox 4 but wont complete, keep asking me to reboot (have rebooted multiple times)

I downloaded Firefox 4 and it asked me to reboot to complete the installation. I rebooted and when I tried to launch it it keeps asking me to reboot (have done multiple times). I tried to remove the program and start over and when I try and remove the program it asks me to reboot. So, I cant even get rid of it and start over. Ack Help!

I found a dirty solution for this problem:

  1. I deleted the Firefox folder in Program Files (the profile is not in this folder so I keep all my bookmarks, passwords,...)
  2. I re-installed Firefox 4

Now Firefox 4 works well without rebooting the computer.
