Firefox updater is failing with message to stop all other users. BUT no other users are using mozilla on network and updater keeps failing - I've tried all solutions in existing question on help section.
For a number of months Firefox updater has been trying to update on our laptop. But it fails and tells me to close all other firefox sessions on other users accounts. However there no other users on firefox - but it keeps failing. I've tried looking at the other question on updating but this does not appear.

I keep getting the security update for Firefox 5.0 which fails. It happens every single day, sometimes more often. Probably each time I re-open Firefox. Please let me know if there is a fix.
