I continuosly get a pop up window"server not found".........firefoxcan't find the server at www._(odd symbols and letters).com..... it looks bogus......can you help?
I don't see the firefox symbol in the pop up window which leads me to believe it's bogus. I've never hit the"try again" button but instead close it out w/ a right click in the bottom tray.When I close it I get the normal "close tabs" box which I click on and the pop up disappears but usually reappears several times

Do the odd letters start with xn- ?
Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.
