If Firefox itself is not starting see Firefox won't start - find solutions.
If Firefox does start but it is just the home page that does not load, what is the home page that you are using?
Have you checked to make sure the home page still works by typing the URL in the location bar? You can also try a different home page to see if that works (see how to set the home page for details)
