When I try to attach a file to an e-mail, Firefox crashes as soon as I click on "browse". It works ok, however for other users.
When I want to attach a document or photo to an out-going e-mail using hotmail, I click on "attach", and and then select "browse". Firefox crashes at this point. A window opens saying "Mozilla has crashed and is sending an error report.

Are you using a popular webmail site such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail? That might be useful to know.
Some webmail sites use a Flash-based file browsing dialog. You may want to update your flash player -- there was a new security update earlier this week. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download.
