My friend is unable to use any video of any sort since he downloaded this firefox 3.6.8.. at first he thought it might be his add on but he checked and turned it off and that didn't work so he restarted firefox, then his computer and that didn't work either...

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

ok for some reason it isn't showing the whole message, this is the message:
