How do I export my list of downloaded files?

I want to clear my list of downloaded files, but I want to save the list as a text file first so that I don't lose the properties or details of each file that I've downloaded (like the source URL).

Copy the downloads.rdf file in your Profile folder. http://support.mozilla.com/en-us/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile
