I have no address bar and no tool bars -- can't open the "file" "view" tools, etc. Can't put in an URL address

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

a couple of hours ago.

If you are running Firefox 3.6+, hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
