I'm trying to download Norton's Antivirus 2010 program and it won't let me do it because it says this install requires administrator privileges. How do I change my administrator privileges so I acn download my program?

Hi Megan,

You need to be a Computer Administrator on the computer in order to install Norton AV 2010.

To do this go to Start--Click on the picture on the top next to your name, then click Home on the top of the window. Then click on your user name then click on Change account type
