Sending of message failed. An error occurred sending mail: Unable to authenticate to SMTP server shawmail.vc.shawcable.net. It does not support authentication (SMTP-AUTH) but you have chosen to use authentication. Uncheck 'Use name and password' for that

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access web mail, you need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
