This site uses a set piece that relies on cross-site or All cookies being allowed.

Hi and yes both those sites use the same format. I do get a 'hand' icon so the browser knows it's a link, but I do not allow cookies on my desktop so easily. So will allow cookies for one of them and see what happens. UPDATE: OK with cookies enabled no change, it is just as you describe. It could require third party cookies which Fx 154 default to Not allowed. Yeap! by allowing All cookies the site works fine. Though I didn't see any cookies added, but no doubt they will . UPDATE: Some code they use <script type="text/javascript"> (function () { 'use strict'; var COOKIE_NAME = 'OTGPPConsent'; try { function getCookie(name) { try { if (typeof document === 'undefined' || !document.cookie) { return ; } var re = new RegExp('(?:^|;\\s*)' + name.replace(/[.*+?^\x24{}()|[\]\\]/g, '\\$&') + '=([^;]*)'); var match = document.cookie.match(re); if (!match) { return ; }' return decodeURIComponent(match[1]); } catch (e) { return ; }

Could you elaborate a little bit more on where you think the defaults changed, and in which version? Nothing from firefox.com/firefox/154.0/releasenotes/ sounds like what you're hinting at…? If this is about ETP, the defaults are still "isolate":
