Also the Mozilla VPN only officially launched six years ago back in July 2020.

Hi.. As said this forum cannot directly answer you question on how long another entity will take to get back to you.

I have just made a simple search using [Mozilla VPN subscription] and noted a few queries but again as in the last reply you seem to have spread your query over a couple of posts, so I am not sure exactly what you have done.

You could detail exactly what you have done.

I imagine that somehow you typed a message to send to Mozilla VPN people, but did it get there and when did you send it. i.e. if you only sent it Sat 30th or Sun 31st then I would be surprised if you got an answer very quickly.

Also where are you, it's a bank holiday here in the UK and the US is maybe 6 hours behind my location etc.

Well hopefully you may hear form someone tomorrow the 2nd Sept.

If it is a worry I could also try to contact 'them' someone.
