WEhy did website change after so called update
My banking website has changed since the update. The bill pay option is no longer accessible, and bank personnel unable to resolve.

Hi there the rev, Sorry to hear that. Could you add what is the website that is giving you trouble? Also do you have the same issues on other browsers?
