Firefox Update has removed reload button
I just installed the latest version of Firefox. Now the reload button has gone from the toolbar.
When I click on customize toolbar it is not there either so I can't add it back.
Can someone please tell me how to get his back?
I've tried resetting and that didn't make a difference.

What if you reopen Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode?
