I have access issues on 2 web sites: >Amazon Prime video gives message "

 "You are running an unsupported version of this browser.

Please update to the latest version. View all supported browsers and OS versions on Prime Video. If still running into issues, reach out to customer support with the error code: 7132" >Etsy gives message "Access is temporarily restricted" I do not have issues with either of these when I access via Chrome. Hopefully you can help, I've tried to troubleshoot this for a couple of months. Thanks, Karen Florup

Chances are your Norton 360 is poking its nose into your secure connections. If you disable its "Safe Web" feature, does this improve?

I had suspected it was related to Firefox access on those web sites. Disable had no impact on either website.

If you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (via Help menu) is there any improvement?

Firefox troubleshoot? Couldn't tell if it actually started anything. If it did, I didn't notice a difference.
