Hello. I've recently been having a problem with the website character.ai, which I use on windows. I don't understand if it's a problem caused by c.ai or by mozilla, but basically the c.ai webpage reloads whenever I resize the browser's window. Specifically, it only happens when I'm on a bot(a character)'s page. This only happens with c.ai, no other website gives me the same problem. I've tried clearing cache, restarting the pc, disabling add-ons, yet the issue persists. On my device I'm up to date with the latest Mozilla update, version 147.0.2 for 64-bit, and I've never changed settings about webpage loading or anything. Among others, I have Privacybadger and Adguard adblocker as add-ons, if it can be of any help. Thank you for your attention. I hope the issue can be fixed, as it's very frustrating for me.

Hello,

I'm sorry to inform you, but there is not really a found/known soltuion to this problem. This is caused when the webpage (example c.ai) checks for UI updates, and if there is, it forces a reload, to ensure the UI fits the given window size. The reason why there is no found/known solution is because it is directly embedded into the website code. Your best bet is to try not to resize the window, (which causes the reload)

It seems like a tricky issue, at least in my eyes. I seem to understand that it's more related to c.ai website than to mozilla...? I'll try looking into the matter a little further, and I'll contact c.ai as well, to see if they can do something about it. Unfortunately I can't avoid often resizing the window while using that website, as it'd make harder for me to copy text from the webpage. But thank you for the reply anyway.
