I need help I someone aggressively and nonstop attacking me
My neighbor who lives right above me has been harassing me stocking me for almost a year not only that he has taken over every account I have my phone provider twice 1 with Verizon the second with t- mobile, Comcast’s he has taken over 3 times . He has taken over ever device that I have, over 25 devices. I’m going through identity theft because of him . It’s the sickest thing I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m at a breaking point. I’m always going to do the right thing, but I don’t know , he so reckless thinking he can get away with murder. What can the cops do? Every time I get enough evidence he crashes my phone game in the sacrifice and deleted everything on my phone and have it reset you think of years enough time to arrest somebody I do.

It’s crazy to think that someone can have so much power over you we’re so connected to our devices we take it for granted . I’ve I have experienced the opposite . This person who taken every email away from me any account that I get he will not stop Intell he gets it. He would forward all my calls to me and from me my phone hasn’t rang in over a month now. I’m shocked how can he do this I can’t talk to family and friends. Of course there all worried and so I’m I just the dominance and control over your life, and this person is my neighbor who lives right above me. Send me his power bills in my name with one letter different as I’m writing this is a struggle because somehow he’s messing with this page. I help this guy has traumatizing stole my Christmas for me and put me in the worst funk ever please help
