Firefox keeps going off for from 5 seconds to about 20 seconds. It happens several times a minute. The screen goes blank and I can’t click on anything. Really aggravating. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I'm still having this problem and it's to a point that I'm ready to change browsers. Also, I can't uninstall Firefox so I can reinstall it. I've tried thru Setup and going to the file and running Firefox Helper. It won't uninstall.
