I did not invest such a large sum of money to not being able to log in My plarium . you and your [expletive] upped password word [expletive]. I invested a lot of time and money in plarium's stormfall game and I will be damn if I am going to start over because of your password [expletive]! Fix it right now or I will start using some other [expletive] up browser . You and your [expletive] up pass words can go to hell!

The issue that you describe does not appear to be an issue with Firefox but is something that the Plarium support team should be able to help you with.
