DNS fails for some websites after Fenix is brought back to the foreground

The website I'm using most is 9gag.com

I can get the website to load again by choosing exit in Firefox to clear out all my data, then re-opening Firefox and logging in from scratch.

It will just hang on load screen, usually what you see before data begins to load.

I can reproduce it by removing Firefox from recents, then launching it again and re-opening the existing tab, or even a new one.

It was my fault.

Network.dnsCacheEntries was set to 0.
