yahoo mail does not work, but does on Chrome. Also works on Firefox "private." I'm using Firefox 109.0. Yahoo Mail worked until a couple of days ago, but is unresponsive now. What to do?

I either need to get it fixed right away, or move to Chrome as my default browser. Please help.

If it works in Private Mode this means you got Addons/Extension issue causing it to not work in standard mode. You need to disable all Addon/Extension and turn each on/off going down the list while refreshing yahoo email to verify which Addon/Extension is causing the issue. That's the only way to find and update or remove the problem Addon/Extension as you said you Private Mode browsing it works fine.
