Can't sync with iPhone. Can't wait much longer

Hello, I get the 500 Error screen when trying to sync Firefox on my phone. When trying both scan or email. ( I had to erase the app after having signed out, to try and fix a bug. The app kept freezing) Can't seem to find any help from Firefox's... elaborated support system. I'm probably dumb. But I don't have any more time for that. And I can't speak with anyone anywhere apparently.

Waiting for a potential answer here, or switching back to Safari in 24h.

Hi

If you sign into your Firefox Account at https://accounts.firefox.com/ do you see both of your devices listed under "Connected Accounts"?

No it doesn't. --it is called "connected services" on my page, this is what you were talking about, correct ?
