can't find sync tabs

I have been using sync tab from android to PC for a while now. I can't do that in the new update, the sync tab option (The option where you can find your sync tabs from other devices) disappeared. I can't find it anywhere, the help said its under my sync account or specifically, right under sign out button. But it's not there for me.

And yes it is still sync. My phone still show history from my other devices.

Sync tabs moved from the 3 dot menu to the Tabs view. Tapping on the tabs counter next to the address bar will pull up the tabs view. Sync tabs is the left most icon on the top.
