Hi, I can't instal the mozilla vpn, I have this error message :

Service 'Mozilla VPN (broker)' (MozillaVPNBroker) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

That's my computer I am Admin on ( I'm sure about that)

I think the probleme is the fact that I use Windows 7

The VPN does not currently work properly on Windows 7. Our team is considering developing a Windows 7 and 8 client, but is currently prioritizing improving our current versions at this time.

If this is unworkable for you, send us a refund request through the Get Help > Contact us option found within the Settings of the VPN client. This way we will be able to further assist you with a refund cancellation.

You can log in to accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to Contact Support. Send us a refund request there so we can further assist you.
