Help, please! After a computer tech worked on my machine I've been unable to use FF. I have no trouble downloading a file, but when I click on "Run" I get this error message: "Can not create temp folder archive." I can't get beyond that. This may be related to 7-Zip, because that program always pops up with the error message. What should I do?

That is a problem with extracting the Firefox installer in the Windows temp folder.

You can try to delete the Windows Temp folder (%TMP% or %TEMP%).

You can check owner and permissions for the temp folder (%TMP% and %TEMP%) via "Properties -> Security -> Advanced" in the right-click context menu.
