I can't synchronize Thunderbird folders with my iCloud folders
I thought there was a control where you could select the icloud folders you wanted synchronized with the Thunderbird account, but I can't find that setup feature. Thunderbird seems to have eliminated the folders on it's own and when I add iCloud as another account, it only gives me the Inbox to select.

Folders other than Inbox can only be synchronized if the account is set up as IMAP, not POP. If it's IMAP, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, click Refresh, and check (subscribe) the desired folders.
