attachment button not working

I tried to attach a file to an email when in my Protonmail account using the Firefox Focus browser. I simply could not attach. I would touch the paperclip icon, but nothing happened.

Later I tried to attach a file to an email with in my Outlook account using the Firefox Focus browser. I simply could not attach. I would touch the paperclip icon, but there was no response.

I wonder if there is a solution to this problem. I have taken the problem personally, for some reason, and perhaps I should not have.

Hi

It may be the case that the level of tracking protection you have in place is breaking that part of the web page functionality.

I recommend change the controls you have in place to see if it resolves the issue.

Thanks, is there any setting in particular that you suggest trying to change?
