Cannot log on after downloading, and have downloaded several times.
When I click on firefox icon, nothing happens, but the power piece, then it goes off and site does not come on. I can log on thru another site, but have to do it every time I want to go thru Firefox. Have down loaded several times, thinking the previous download did not go thru. My log shows I have downloaded about 10 times, but the downloading does not stay.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?
I don't fully understand what you are trying to say. Are you having trouble going online (internet)? Are you having trouble login into something? Staying logged in?
